Conclusion and execution of rental agreements, fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. rental records), and sending marketing communications (with your consent).

2. General Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the website and the general rules for vehicle rental provided by Movelle.

General Provisions
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Movelle reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice.

Uvjeti najma

  • The renter must hold a valid driving licence and be at least [e.g. 21] years of age.
  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, under the influence of alcohol or substances, nor may it be handed over to third parties without Movelle’s approval.

Reservations and Payment
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from Movelle. Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Liability
Movelle disclaims liability for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of the website or technical issues beyond the company’s control.

Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the competent court in Zagreb, under the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
